Programmes and prices. Programmes and offers on this site show starting prices for guidance. The final price, services and service levels are those in the approved proposal for each journey.

Availability. Reservations are subject to availability and to the terms of airlines, hotels and other suppliers, including their amendment, cancellation and refund rules, which we explain before you confirm.

Visas and permits. Visa approval, validity and conditions are decided only by embassies and authorised authorities. Our role is to prepare, coordinate and follow up on applications through the available channels. Applications rely on authentic documents supplied by the applicant.

Events. Invitations, registrations and visits for exhibitions and conferences remain subject to approval by the organisers and host organisations.
