You will be the person our travellers rely on: understanding what each family needs, building clear Umrah and holiday proposals, and following every booking through to the journey home.
What you will do
- Answer enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and in the office
- Prepare Umrah and holiday proposals with clear costs
- Issue flight and hotel bookings and follow up changes
- Stay in touch with travellers before and during their trip
What you bring
- Two years or more in travel or customer service
- Good Arabic and working English
- Experience with booking systems is a plus
- Calm, organised and careful with details
